How Can We Get More Members Signed Up?

How can we get more people signed up here? Everyone I've talked to says its a great idea but I dont see any new members. So are they just blowing smoke up my butt? Thoughts?

Word of mouth is the biggest way. For my website I went to wal-mart and got the sheets of business cards and printed up cards on my computer about my Game/website and hand them out at poker tournaments and the free poker leagues, for a while I even printed up fliers and posted them at bulletin boards around town. I run a weekly game where we keep track of points etc. www.bismanpokerclub.com so I also put up pics of us playing poker and points standings and my house rules etc, so if you run a game, you might want to do that so when people come here there is something to look at besides the forums that sometimes don't get posts for months on end. Let me know if you read this.

Well I started giving away T shirts at our dakota poker league games to the top 3 finishers. Im trying the word of mouth thing and I guess I just hope it takes off sooner or later. haha
